Both of these buildings are extremely old and require sympathetic treatment to ensure the original features are not compromised by new improvements, however the general safety of the structure is the most important factor.

Disabled access in public places is now subject to legislation. You have to be seen to be making an effort to allow access for disabled persons where and when possible. We can provide adaptations such as disabled toilets, ramps, widening doorways or corridors etc. Disabled alterations are also Vat exempt.
Converting a house into individual apartments or bed-sits can be profitable both for the renting sector or indeed selling purposes.

INSURANCE WORK
