A. Depending on the project you may or may not need planning permission. We can advise you of your options.
Q. I am thinking of having an extension built, do I need Architects Drawings?
A. Yes, absolutely. It is never advisable to cut costs and try to design something yourself. You will need drawings to submit to the planning office, and we will need drawings to accurately price the job.
Q. How do I pay you?
A. We accept cheques, bankers drafts or bank transfers. We do not accept cash or credit cards.
Q. Do you need any money before you start a job?
A. Absolutely not. We never ask for a deposit up front. You will be invoiced for works carried out at three week intervals depending on the value of the contract. For smaller jobs we will invoice you on completion.
Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders Masterbond Scheme. For a small fee (dependent on contract value) they will guarantee our work giving you complete peace of mind.
Q. Can you supply references from previous clients?
A. We have many clients that are prepared to speak to you on our behalf or you may view their original letters at our offices.
