Coronation Construction & Maintenance Ltd. (CC&M)
CC&M has over 19 years experience within the construction industry as building contractors. Andrew Ward the managing director formed the company and set his sights on quality workmanship form start to finish. As a result of this the company has since been awarded the BS EN ISO 9001 : 28 Quality management system award. Clients can be assured that all works will be carried out to the highest standard, and all projects will be completed on time and on budget.
Andrew is committed to working extremely closely with all his clients to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and on budget. The CC&M management strongly believe in building a strong personal rapport with all customers and architects to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations.
CC&M operate from offices in Birchgrove, Cardiff. The company undertakes work throughout South & West Wales, our activities include New Build, Refurbishment, and Maintenance.
We have a very impressive list of blue chip clients, and carry out major works for a number of businesses including Pharmacies, medical centers and charities, we also carry out a great deal of work for the general public.
We are currently constructing two new BREEAM units at Bridgend College Pencoed Campus (for further details of this project please see our BREEAM section of the website).
All the CC&M work force are vetted for quality and expertise and understand our expectations and those of our clients. All projects are supervised by the CC&M management staff who are all directly employed by CC&M.
