CCM Plant and Maintenance is a family run business with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction, property maintenance and refurbishment industries.
We operate a 24 hour response maintenance service covering South & West Wales and the South West. We co-ordinate large teams of trades people and surveyors at various sites within our coverage area, who are all fully equipped to ensure all your requirements, are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Here at CCM Plant & Maintenance we believe in building strong working relationships with our clients, this enables us to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations and we guarantee customers direct access to senior managerial staff at all times.
CCM Plant & Maintenance provides a professional service, quality workmanship and value for money that our blue chip client base demands. Our workforce has the adaptability and experience to undertake projects ranging from minor repairs to major refurbishment, specialist projects and construction works.
We have in house Chartered Surveyors who can react very quickly to any problems or questions you may have. This also enables us to carry out site inspections quickly and ensure fair pricing and accurate specification.
CCM Plant & Maintenance endeavour to make certain that every call out we attend and every job we undertake is carried out to the highest standard possible. We pride ourselves on fast efficient reaction to call outs, completing and finishing all jobs to the highest standard and doing all this in a polite and friendly manor.

CCM Plant & Maintenance have a large and varied client base.
Some examples of Clients within our portfolio include the management & maintenance of Atlantic Property developments portfolio (consisting of X3 apartment blocks, a residential development of 20 town houses, a retail park, & a large country mansion), a large chain of Pharmacies based throughout South Wales, and a large charitable organisation with numerous houses across the UK.
We have a number of clients who look after people with disability or special needs CCM Plant and Maintenance have the experience and staff to manage these situations effectively enabling a fast, efficient service with minimal disruption to the client.
A number of our clients require a very tailored service, because of the nature of their business, CCM Plant and maintenance not only have the staff and management to meet these needs but are also very adaptable and ready to react to our clients needs whatever the situation.
Emergency Call outs
All clients are given access to a 24hr emergency number to call out of hours, this can be used 24/7 and 365 days a year. CCM Plant & Maintenance aim to respond to any emergency quickly and effectively, our priority is damage limitation to the clients property, make safe and repair or replace any damaged items.
We cover all trades and have Gas Safe plumbers and NIC EIC electricians on hand and ready to respond to any circumstance.
Planned & Routine Maintenance
Our routine & planned maintenance is scheduled and programmed into the working week, with all our clients receiving a full maintenance programme and dedicated account manager to deal with any maintenance issues which may arise.
In addition to a tailored maintenance programme and dedicated account manager clients electing to use CCM Plant and Maintenance for their planned annual maintenance will have a full survey of their property portfolio, which will highlight any maintenance issues that require attention and form the basis of the maintenance programme.
